Quick Tip : Being More Psychically Active At The Office

If you are like me and struggle with trying to stay physically active because you spend more than 10 hours a day sitting at a desk in an office. Here is a tip to help make you more active. Stand up and walk around while taking conference calls. I normally dial in from my mobile phone and pace back and forth in a quiet hall when I am not presenting. Just be sure to bring a notepad to jot down any notes.
